About the speaker

Dr Tienie Ehlers has been appointed as the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at USB-ED. He will be responsible for maintaining and growing the integrated function of academic learning, design and business development at USB-ED, as well as the overall strategic delivery of their executive leadership and management programmes.

Since 2010 he was the Human Resource Development Manager for SAB where he headed up all Learning and Development (Competence Development & Training) for the group, including Performance Management and Leadership Development.

He often assist organisations and sporting bodies in HR, strategy and leadership consulting and facilitation.
